4-week Group Weight Loss Program that will motivate and support you through permanent weight-loss.

Each week you will meet with Lucy, a trained Health Coach who will offer motivation and practical solutions to your challenges.

This is not a diet. Lucy's approach is bio-individuality. This means that all recommendations will be relative to you.
